Founder of Energy Rebel Adventures. As a Registered Massage Therapist turned Bioenergetics Practitioner, Energy Codes Breathwork Coach, and retreat adventurer, I’ve spent years blending ancient wisdom with modern techniques to help people (like you!) breathe deeper, feel freer, and own their energy like a boss.
